Contact Information

·       Contact Policy All information will be given at the games or via email or text message.  Anything else that is important will be relayed from us to you in a brief message, call, email, or text, but it will be brief unless there is a rare emergency.  Calls should be no more than 5 minutes.  When you are not on the field, your time is your own and we will try to respect that.

·       Emails – Any email sent should clearly state the issue in the subject line.

·       Respecting Privacy – The same respect should be given to us.  We have other obligations outside this league such as work and family.  We would like some time to ourselves as well.  There will be no calls to us on game day after the games are completed or on Sundays.  Give us time to prepare for the next week.  The earliest that we should be contacted is Monday.  If we do not pick up, that does not mean keep calling.  We may be preoccupied with other obligations.  Be patient, we will get back to you.  Do not send messages asking for information that can be given at games.

·       Contact Hours – Monday through Friday, preferably in the evening.  If we are not available, don’t keep calling.  We will get back to you when we get a chance.  If this can not be respected, then the captain of the team will face game suspensions.  The only time that there should be any contact on a Sunday is if there is a league meeting that day, otherwise, no contact on Sundays.

·       Reasons to Call – Call only if there is an important issue with the upcoming week.  We don’t have the time to deal with irrelevant issues.

·       Team Representatives - Each team will have representatives to speak for them.  If a player other than the representatives attempts to contact us over irrelevant issues, that player will face game suspensions.

·       Game Day Issues – If there are any issues on game day regarding schedule issues or anything of that nature, call before taking action.  There will only be one schedule for this season and any attempts to change it without permission will result in immediate penalties.

·       Failure to Uphold Contact Policy – If it is learned that a team representative or non representative breaks any of the contact policies, they will be facing game suspensions.  For captains, there will be warnings first, non captains will be punished immediately.  These suspensions are final and not able to be appealed.  This issue is being emphasized because of the irrelevant issues from past season.

·       League Body – The league will have a president, vice president, secretary, and treasurer making sure that the league runs smoothly.    They will communicate any issue to each other over phone conversations so that the league does not have as many league meetings.
